How your enquiry is processed

Our contact form is handled by Formspree, a third-party form processing service, which forwards submissions to our email inbox. Formspree processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy policy, available at formspree.io. We only use this service to receive and route enquiries — we don't use it for marketing or analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, including any ongoing business relationship, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to 6 years for financial records, in line with UK requirements).

Your rights
